To comply with the 108 Curriculum, our teaching staff have aimed to help students develop their core competences and apply what they learned to real-life communication of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In this way, the students are able to obtain effective learning strategies and proper learning attitudes. What's more, they are able to enhance technological abilities accompanied with independent thinking and value judging.

     The main course content includes interpersonal relationships, various entertaining activities, natural environment, environmental protection, shopping, modern technology, letters, forms, drama, music, arts, communication skills, life eduaction, and human-right education. The overall evalution is done by all students. Therefore, fair valuation is expected. In addition, diversified evalution is also used in order to make students interested in English-based learning environment. Thus, communication in learning shall be achieved through various activities.

      因應108課綱英文領域的調整，本校英文科致力於協助學生培養素養，並能將所學的英語文字詞及語法，實際應用於聽、說、讀、寫之溝通中；養成學生具備英語文有效的學習方法及正確的學習態度，提升人文與科技的知能，並培養獨立思考及價值判斷之能力。

       主要內容包含：人際關係、各類休閒娛樂運動、自然生態、環保理念、食、衣、住、行、生活起居、購物、接洽事務、災害防救、現代科技、書信、表格、行業類別相關知識、中外文化、風土民俗、禮儀、世界各地民情、短文賞析、幽默短文、溫馨小品、短劇、音樂、美術、溝通技巧、挫折克服、情緒管理、生命教育及人權教育等。評量方式以全校性施測為主，以達到公平的目標。此外也期許評量多元化，教學方法能夠引起學生興趣，並營造學生學習英語的環境，透過各種活動設計，以達到溝通式之課程目標。
